This site has been set up to detail my continuing problems with Verizon customer service. They misrepresented a product in order to sell me a 2 year contract only to apologize that the device didn't deliver as promised.
I'm stuck with a non-functioning device and a 2 year contract.
I'm hoping others can join in and express their frustration with Verizon on this website. A dedicated venting page for all those who hate Verizon!
